Return & Refund Policy

Delivery Timeframe

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. The estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days after shipment, depending on your location. A tracking number will be sent by email once your order has been dispatched.

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original condition — unworn, unused, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.

Wait for our confirmation with return shipping instructions.
Send the item back following the instructions provided.

Return Conditions

Item must be unused and in perfect condition.
All original tags must be attached.
Item must be in its original packaging or suitable protective packaging.
Sale or clearance items may have special conditions — please check at the time of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 10 business days. The amount will be credited back to the original payment method used at checkout.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to stock availability.

Defective Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at contact@andradestyle.com. In this case, we will cover all return shipping costs.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defect or shipping error on our part.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with tags and original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
