Return & Refund Policy
At Andrade Style, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are here to help.
Return Window: We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unused, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
How to Request a Return: Contact us at contact@andradestyle.com with your order number and reason for return. Wait for our confirmation with return shipping instructions.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 10 business days to the original payment method.
Exchanges: Contact us for size or style exchanges, subject to stock availability.
Defective Items: Contact contact@andradestyle.com immediately. We cover all return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items.
Return Shipping: Customer's responsibility, except for defects or our errors.
EU 14-Day Cooling Off Period:Orders shipped to the EU may be returned within 14 days for any reason.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
