Order Processing All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few additional days. We will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We offer free shipping on all orders over $50. For orders below that amount, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times after shipment:
- Domestic (United States): 7 to 20 business days
- International orders: 15 to 30 business days, depending on destination and customs processing
International Shipping We ship to select international destinations. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Please note that customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply depending on your country and are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Carriers We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location and order size.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website.
Delays & Lost Packages We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues. If your package appears lost, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
